Return and Exchange Policy:

1.14-day no-questions-asked return and exchange: You can return or exchange products without reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

2.Product requirements: The returned product must be unused and keep the original packaging and labels intact.

3.Return and Exchange Steps: Please contact the customer service team to provide order information and reason for return or exchange.

4.Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 working days.

5.Shipping Policy: For returns due to wrong shipment, we will bear the shipping costs. For returns due to other reasons, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
